María Ortega García

María Ortega García is a language coach, author, speaker, certified poetry therapy practitioner and multilingual poetry teacher, whose mission is to promote a conscious and nuanced use of language. She is the founder of Embodied Language (https://mariaortegagarcia.com) where she helps people to express themselves confidently and authentically in Spanish.

Her approach combines experiential learning (embodied cognition) with neuroeducation, mindfulness, creative writing and poetry therapy, all areas in which she has extensive education and experience.

María is devoted to helping humans navigate an increasingly polarised and dualistic society by fostering deep questioning, embracing critical thinking and finding ways to close the separation between languages, communities and worldviews.
